HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All in One Printer ERROR CODE 01B3B8E6... TRIEDTO UNPLUG, NO JOYWHAT IS THIS CODE AND IS THERE ANY WAY ELSE TO REMOVE IT. I HAVE HAD THIS CODE BEFORE AND THE NUNPLUG TRICK WORKED. HOWEVER, NOT NOW... HELP PLEASE

I understand that you are getting 01B3B8E6 error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
