I upgraded my router a few days ago. I tested my HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 printer afterwards and it worked fine. Today I found all the lights flashing with an error code B8D02810. The power button didn’t do anything I had to unplug it to get it working.
I checked for printers updates and it said it has the latest, MANHTNPP1N002.2242A.00 from October 22, 2022.
Other info:
Product Name | HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series |
Product Number | 1KR42A |
Product Serial Number | private |
Service ID | 31013 |
I searched and can’t find B8D02810 anywhere. What does it mean and how can I fix it?

Hi @Morac,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
