macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have repeatedly over the past week been getting blue screens with error code B305DFF9. I have unplugged numerous times.  I tried to update the firmware from the HP site for a Mac and it said it couldn't install. I downloaded HP Smart and it said there is no problem.  I have updated directly on the printer and it says it is up to date.  What else can I try.  It prints one page generally and then in inoperable until I unplug it.

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

as i have the same problem with my OfficeJet Pro 9010, I would like to enquire about the same manual for my printer.

I'm getting the same Error Code B305DFF9 as soon as mine is on for about 15 minutes.
