HP OfficeJet Pro 9015: Blue Screen with codes B305DFF9 and 89190092 showing on the screen. I have performed the power cycle reset and updated firmware, but the problem always reoccurs. Can I please get the factory reset procedure?

I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
