Hi @aaron1235,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code B80B746C on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e typically indicates a hardware problem, often related to a printhead issue or an internal malfunction. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
  • Check if the error code still appears.

Check Printhead:

  • Sometimes printhead issues can trigger such errors. Open the printer as if you were going to change the ink cartridges.
  • Remove the printhead and inspect it for any visible damage or obstruction (like ink buildup).
  • If possible, clean the printhead according to your printer’s manual instructions.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed. Firmware updates can sometimes resolve known issues.
  • You can check for updates through the printer’s control panel or using the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.

Since you’ve already tried restarting and unplugging the printer without success, focusing on checking the printhead and updating firmware would be the next logical steps.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
