Hi,

Left my printer last night working fine, this morning I come in and had a Error code 83C0000B.
I looked online and tried removing the power and while there was no power pressing the on the button for 30secs, but no joy. 

Can someone advise me on how to fix this issue, as at the moment I have a very heavy paperweight

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting an 83C0000B error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I unplugged power cord for an hour, repluged and didnt help

As it is a blue screenshot of dead, the panel didnt give me any option to choose from

Yes, same here - there is only one button which is the on/off.

I have tried full power down, including trying to turn on with no power. 

Please let me know (I will do the same) if you find a resolution.

It seems to be a streetwide problem for multiple HP model printers. It is caused by firmware update. The update seems to be done automatically. I didn't trigger any update manually
