I am a reletively new owner of the Officejet Pro 9025. I have just changed the first ink cartridge and I have a message that appears on the screen saying the following: "Thank you for installing your HP Instant Ink cartridge(s). Don't forget to recycle your used cartridges. You can find info on how to recycle at www.hpinstantink.com" Then there's a blue OK button to press.
I keep pressing the OK button but it won't remove the message. I can still print to the printer from my PC but I can't get to the main menu screen to be able to photocopy or scan etc.
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue? I'm not getting anywhere with any HP support.

@M311, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the printer screen is stuck at this error. Have you tried restarting the printer?
Or, reinsert the ink cartridges to check if that helps.
Check for other options available on the printer screen.
Go to the HP Smart app and click OK.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
