What is the difference between HP 88XL High Yield Magenta Original Ink Cartridge (C9392AN) and HP 88 Magenta and Cyan Original Printhead (C9382A)?

I understand the first product is only Magenta and he second is Magenta and Cyan - what I am interested to know, does the second product include something (i.e. Printhead) in addition to the Ink Cartridge and what exactly is the Printhead.

Also, I'd like to know if there is instructions for replacing the Printhead?

HP 88XL High Yield Magenta Original Ink Cartridge (C9392AN) is a plastic container with liquid Magenta ink inside and it is used to store ink.

HP 88 Magenta and Cyan Original Printhead (C9382A) that is printhead both Cyan and Magenta it is used to "spray" ink on to the paper to create an image.

 

Microboards_C9382A_Printhead_for_MX_Series_536719.jpg

 

The printheads need to be replaced when print quality goes bad, instructions can be found here.
