I have searched for several hours over the past two days & cannot find the answer.
I am unable to print from my iPhone, or iPad to this printer.
Is there no capability to do this?
If it can't be done, I want to stop wasting my time & ditch this printer.
Thanks in advance for any advice,
Michael

Hi @Mhadden,
Welcome to the HP Forums!
It is a great way to engage, post questions and find resolutions by working with specialists in the HP community.
I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print from your iPhone and iPad.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
- When was the last time the printer was working fine?
- Are facing this issues after upgrading the iOS on your phone and iPad?
Meanwhile, I checked the details of your printer and see that your printer does not support mobile printing solutions supported by HP, such as HP ePrint, the HP ePrint mobile app, and Apple AirPrint.

I tried contacting HP today to no avail.
No customer service for me, I guess.
I really just want to know if I'm wasting my time, or if this printer will work with iOS.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Michael
