Hi, just changes the ink using brand new HP ink cartrigdge and the printer goes through the motions of printing but pages come out blank. When I try to check ink levels, the printer is not even readingthe new cartridge. Tried unplugging/ cleaning. adjusting. Nothing has worked so far. Any tips???

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Officejet 100 printer. I understand that your printer is printing blank pages and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.
Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,
- Make sure that the cartridges are installed correctly.
- Remove and then reinsert the cartridges.
- Clean the electrical contacts.
- Turn the printer off and on again.
- Align the cartridges.
Click here to refer the document and perform troubleshooting steps mentioned above to fix this issue.
Let me know how it goes.
I hope it helps and if you feel I have answered your question and concerns,
Please mark this post as a solution accepted and Kudos would also be appreciated.
Cheers.
