I have tried everything to reset my printer when inserting a brand new HP 337 cartidge and it still wont recognise it.
I have tried cleaning parts, switching between old and new cartridge and switching everything off, unplugged etc but no joy.
The old cartridge does get recognised and low toner light stops flashing and goes out.
This is first change of cartridge so not an overused machine.
Any help or guidance appreciated.
