I have a brand new HP Officejet 200 but there is a sticker on it which says "Bluetooth Disabled" and when I press the wireless button it says "This feature has been disabled. Contact the person who set up the printer." I also cannot get to any "Setup Environment" option. Please advise how I can switch on the wireless function.

Please try the below steps that should fix the issue .

Hello,
Press the Wireless button on the printer.
( if the printer displays states "Wireless Off", then follow the below steps. )
Press the == button ( bottm left ) , which will highlight "Wireless Setting" option on the display.
Press the OK button. Now, you'd see the "Wireless - off" being highlighted.
Presss OK button. Now press the UpArrow button to select "On" and then press the OK button. On doing this the Wifi button would start to blink ( blue light). And the printer would list the Wireless network names . You may select your Wireless network name and continue the wireless setup.

Hello Jabzi
I've tried following these steps several times but I do not get to an 'Enable Disable Menu'. At one point I did get to a 'Support Menu' but mainly It just stays at the home screen which has 'Set up', 'Cartidge information' and 'Battery Status'.
Regards

Hello,
when error is displayed, do you hear a click sound when you hit the DASH button. ?
Also if the HOME screen is not displayed by press the above mentioned keycombination will not let you go to ENABLE /DISABLE menu.
Lets try this once more..
- Power Off the printer.
- Wait for 30 seconds
- Power ON the printer.
- Wait untill the printer is idle and displays the home screen, wherein it lists option like "Setup, Cartridge information . ..." etc.
- Press the down arrow key once, to select "Cartridge Information" and press OK. It should display "Cartridge Information" menu.
- Now press the Back Arrow, to get back the printer to HOME SCREEN.
- Now press the dash ( == ) button 4 times, counting 1 to 4 at each press. For every press there should be a clicking sound. If there is no Clicking sound let me know.
- Now you'd see ENABLE/DISABLE .
If the above does not work, try the below steps..
When the printer is at home screen, press the key in sequence Dash - Home - Dash - Dash . It will display Support Menu , press OK .
Press Up Arrow, to display ENABLE / DISABLE Menu. Press OK .
It will display "All Network", press OK
It will display " Network Disabled. Press OK to enable it. To exit menu press cancel".
Press OK , then press Back button to come out of the ENABLE/DISABLE Menu .
Am confident, this should work for you.

Hello Jabzi
I've tried following all the steps of your first suggestion but when I press the dash button 4 times it just stays at the home screen. When I press the dash button at this point in the sequence it's more of a 'whooshing' noise. (I do notice that if I press the dash button at other times i.e. if I go into the Support Menu and then press the dash button to cancel, it is a slightly different sound - more of a whoosh with a click.)
I've also tried following all the steps of your second suggestion. When I get to the Support Menu, press OK, and then press the up arrow, it takes me to Print Diagnostics Menu. The only other options under the Support Menu are System Configuration Menu, Resets Menu, Information Menu and a screen which just says Support followed by a combination of letters and numbers. There is no Enable Disable Menu there.
Regards, and thank you for taking all this time to try and help me.

Hello,
Wooooow!! Its surprising. I got the same printer as you have but your printer not showing up ENABLE/DISABLE menu is surprising.
May i know the Product No. of the printer, which can be located beneath the Cartridge access door.
Just open the cartrige door, and you'd find the product# beisdes the Cartridge#.
