Product: HP Officejet 250 Mobile

Please help! I set up a user id (my email) and a password. Both saved in my password list.  However is not unlocking.  I have been with HP support and they asked me to return the printer.   There has to be a better way to reset the admin password.

I have sent you a private message with the steps to reset the password which is specific to your printer. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
