HP Officejet 4620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My HP officejet 4620 is not printing anything. I have tried running diagnostics, cleaning the printhead and resetting it by unplugging it. It still prints completely blank even though I have also put in brand new black cartridges and have made sure to remove the adhesive. When printing, the printer sounds "normal" and there is no apparent problem with the paper feeding through and there have been no jams.

Can anyone provide other advice?    Thanks!

@chowchow123, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already followed the steps from the document HP Officejet, Deskjet 4600 Printers - Black Ink Not Printing and other Print Quality Issues and still have issues, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
