Hello
I plugged(into the wall) my Office Jet 4630 (Serial No. [Personal Information Removed]), and it makes no noise and simply produces on the screen "error code 0XB065D2FC".
I have attempted to take out the printer cartridges, however it is stuck to the side so it is not possible to take out the black ink. I have attempted to update, however my computer does not recognize the printer when it is plugged in.
I cannot turn it off, when I hit off, the screen goes black, then turns back on with the same error. I have taken out different parts to try and recreate a different error, and that does not work. Please help, I have run out of ideas.
Thank you

Hi @ItsBrokenImSad
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the "0x.." error.
Please try these steps -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
