Product: HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer
 
 
Hello, I am experiencing issues with my HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer. The device is not turning on, even though it is receiving power and the LED light is green. I have tried two different cables and power supplies but to no avail. Additionally, I have attempted to use a different outlet and held down the power button for 30 seconds, but the printer still will not turn on. I have inspected the printer for any physical damage, but have not found any. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice you could offer me. Thank you.
