Hi,

HP Officejet 4630 was in storage for two months. Will copy and scan perfectly, but will not print anything from the computer. Instead, when trying to print a doc, it pops up a window that is about faxing, and simultaneously put a new folder on the desktop with nothing in it, but three white hearts as the name below it. Never done anything like this before. Have run all cleaning programs on printer and diagnostics on computer. Everything is green and healthy. What could this be due to and what will clear it?

Thanks, Parisse

When opening the print menu make sure that the destination is set to the correct printer. It could be that it is set to the fax driver of the printer insead of the normal print driver.
