HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer

My HP Officejet 4630 turns off shortly after being plugged in. After plugging it in the lights will come on, about 10 seconds will pass, then it will make some noises, attempt to slide the ink cartridges, and immediately shut off. I’ve taken the printer apart to make sure there wasn’t a jam with the ink cartridges, but the problem persists. After 10 seconds of being plugged in (with the cartridges unlocked) it will slide the cartridges about an inch before shutting off.

I’ve tried all of the basic troubleshooting such as “make sure it’s plugged directly into wall and drain its power” and “shut off WiFi”, but nothing changed. Also, the power supply still has a green light on it when plugged in, so I’m assuming that’s fine.

I’ve set up a HP support account and registered my printer, but there are no options for me to talk to somebody who can help. I’m left with a message that says something like “We’re sorry, but support options for this device are unavailable”. Below that message is a list of automated support tools which do nothing for me since my printer won’t stay on.

Any help toward solving my problem is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
