Recently given this HP Officejet 4635 Printer, and finally was all set to print (printer directly connected to a MacBook Pro). the printer received the information to print yet when it came to printing the paper either came through blank or on one of the bottom pages it typed out "about: blank" on the left of the page and on the right it says "page 1 of 1". On the top right hand side of the page it says the date, which was "2/28/21, 7:31 PM."
So, something is being printed, yet not the information I had hoped to print.
Thank you!

Hi @tgamel,
I'd like to help!
To better assist you -
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page
-
On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow
to scroll to Tools, and then press OK.
-
Press the Down Arrow
to scroll to Print Quality Report, and then press OK. The printer prints the test page.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
