HP Officejet 4635 is stuck on "now printing alignment page"

HP Officejet 4635 is stuck on "now printing alignment page" even though the ink cartridges are new. The cancel button does not work, and I've tried unplugging it from the wall, the printer and removing the usb for 2-3 minutes (as recommended in another post) but that's not helping. This is a work computer and I need it for important documents. What can I do?

You will have to reset the printer to fix the issue.
