Product: HP Officejet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I replaced the regular 53 ink with 63 XL ink. Package clearly says OFFICE JET 4650.  Now getting error message the brand new cartridges are incompatible with this machine. What can I do to fix it

This model printer uses HP 63/63XL ink cartridges in the US region. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the replacement for the new ink cartridge.
