HP Officejet 4650 All-in-One refuses to turn on. I've tried a hard reset, I've tried unplugging and plugging it back in. I've done everything I was asked to do.

When I plug it back into the wall, it flashes a white screen like it wants to start up again. And the reason I gave it a hard reset originally is because of the error code OXB95211D4 which I was told was a jamming or ink error which I tried everything for.

Can anyone help me get the printer turned on.

@Sami9056, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

When your HP Officejet 4650 All-in-One printer refuses to turn on, and you've already attempted a hard reset along with unplugging and replugging the device, you may be facing an underlying hardware issue. Here's a detailed guide you can follow to troubleshoot:

Check the Power Source:

  • Ensure the power outlet you're using is functioning correctly. Try connecting the printer to a different outlet.

Inspect the Power Cable:

  • Examine the printer's power cord for any visible damage. Sometimes a faulty cable can prevent the device from powering on.
  • Ensure that the power adapter is securely connected to the printer and the wall socket.

Perform a Hard Reset Again:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall socket.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the power outlet, then try turning the printer back on.

Check for Printer Jam or Ink Cartridge Issues:

  • Open the printer's access doors and look for any paper jams or debris.
  • Inspect the ink cartridges and ensure they are properly installed.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
