Hi all.

 

I've been having serious issues with my printer. I've gone through all my options, from doing a basic print head cleaning, all the way up to a factory reset. I'm using the ink that originally came with the printer, genuine HP ink. The printer hasn't indicated any kind of issue with the ink, but anything I try to print prints off extremely light. It looks like others have had this issue, where it only prints the border of any text. I've done both the basic and advanced print head cleaning, realigned the print heads, deleted and redownloaded the HP App for printing, and done a factory and network reset. Additionally, this happens whether I'm printing from PDF, Drive, Word, or scanning from the built in scanner. Not sure what I can do.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issue and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
