Product: HP OFFICE JET 5740

I can not print or copy a document on my Officejet 5740  printer copy fax scanner.    I was fine yesterday now I have an error

"Photo Tray blocked"  adjust and try again.     I have unplugged,  turned off and removed the letter size tray. 

Nothing fixes the problem.    I tried the HP virtual assistant who does not understand and there is no live time contact number to call HP.     Please HELP
