Product: Example: HP Officejet 6500A Plus

Installed new ink cartridges and new pinhead and it still will not copy or print...The printer cycles but the paper sheet comes out blank....

@landofthefree, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand the printer is printing blank pages. Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges and printhead.

Make sure the plastic tape if any, is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing

Clean the printhead up to 2 times and print a quality report.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
