I understand you are trying to reset your HP OfficeJet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer (H711a/H711g), follow these steps:
Turn off the Printer:
- Press the Power button on the printer to turn it off.
- Wait for about 10 seconds to ensure the printer fully powers down.
Unplug the Printer:
- Unplug the printer from the power source (outlet).
- Leave it unplugged for about 60 seconds to allow it to fully reset.
Plug the Printer Back In:
- After 60 seconds, plug the printer back into the power source.
Turn On the Printer:
- Press the Power button to turn the printer back on.
