Hi @bcbetz ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to reset your HP OfficeJet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer (H711a/H711g), follow these steps:

Turn off the Printer:

  • Press the Power button on the printer to turn it off.
  • Wait for about 10 seconds to ensure the printer fully powers down.

Unplug the Printer:

  • Unplug the printer from the power source (outlet).
  • Leave it unplugged for about 60 seconds to allow it to fully reset.

Plug the Printer Back In:

  • After 60 seconds, plug the printer back into the power source.

Turn On the Printer:

  • Press the Power button to turn the printer back on.

This reset will clear any temporary issues the printer may be experiencing. Let me know if this resolves your issue, or if you need further assistance!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
