I have got the same problem as many have reported where the screen displays the message that the print head is missing.

I have done all the power reset things several times to no avail.

It seems to me that something in there has broken and no amount of resets and installing new drivers is ever going to fix it.

It was working and then it suddenly stopped and I got the message ink system failure.

I would hate to throw it away as it has served me well and I know how to do scans and all the features that I use.

Please help.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand you are getting this error on the printer screen. If you have already performed the steps from the document Print head Errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

Hope this helps!
