Product: Officejet 6700 Premium
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought brand new ink cartridges and never used this printer before. It prints blank pages when printing documents or scanning. It prints only blue bars after clean print head or print quality report. I don't know what else to do!
