Product: Stampa te HP Officejet 6700 premium

Whenever I turn on the printer, a message appears on the display that says: "Printer error: Printer or ink system error." Even if I restart the printer this message still appears. Can somebody help me? I bought the printer in 2014 and it's in good condition.

Accesa la stampante, sul display risulta scritto:

"Errore della stampante: Problema della stampante o del sistema di inchiostro". Pur spegnendo e riaccendendo, segnala sempre questo. Potete darmi informazioni ?

Stampante comprata nel 2014 e attualmente in buonissime condizioni.
