Product: HP Officejet 6820
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with the installation of the hp6820 officejet printer. Unfortunately one of the SETUP cartridges is damaged. Is it possible to buy new SETUP cartridges or proceed without? Thanks for the help. Good job!

A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

The only way to bypass the setup cartridge prompt is by performing an OOBE(Out of box experience) reset. Once you perform the reset, you have to replace all the setup ink cartridges with regular ink cartridges. The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. I've send you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a reset and re-initialize the printer. In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
