this printer will not accept print jobs - panel lights #6 and #7 continue to blink.
There are no paper jams.
New, fresh ink cartridges are installed.
The printer has been working flawlessly until now.
How to fix this?
Thanks in advance for any/all help.

Hi @JCHlaser_1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Officejet 7110 Wide Format printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist better:
- When was the last time the printer worked fine?
- Are you using genuine HP Inks?
- Do you see any error messages on the HP Smart app?
While you respond to that, Let's perform a power drain:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle
Update the printer firmware:
- Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your product
- Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
If the issue persists, then please follow the steps mentioned on this document.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi Anand_Andy,
First of all, thank you, Anand_Andy, for replying to my request for help with my HP Officejet 7110 Wide Format Printer.
A few weeks ago, the printer was working fine and all of a sudden it would not print.
The panel lights that are blinking are #6 and #7.
I checked several times and there are 'no' paper jams and the ink cartridges are brand new. Â I then went through all of the 'trouble shooting' procedures from the HP website and that you mentioned (unplugging power and USB cables in the right order, etc.) with no positive results.
The only thing I didn't do, that you mention here, is re-doing the firmware.
I will try that this week, and hopefully, this will correct the problem.
Also, you asked if I saw any error messages. Â When I was on one of the HP webpages (maybe the one linked to the printer at the time), I did see this error message code - 0X61011 BED. Â I couldn't find any explanation for this code anywhere, so I jumped onto your HP forum and put my request in for any help.
Thanks again and please be in touch with any and all help with this. Â I sure wish HP still made this printer - I would probably purchase a dozen of them!

Hi again, Anand_Andy.
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you about my HP Officejet 7110 wide format printer. I followed your advice to open the link https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp and HP's info is what I already knew - that the printer is out of warranty. My question is who/where can fixed it. I know that there will be a charge for this - all I'm looking for is who or where will do this for me (preferably local - Pittsburgh/western Pennsylvania area).
Thanks again for any advice or information on my request.
