Hi @sassie77,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like you're encountering a "blue screen" error on your HP Officejet 7500 E910 printer with the error code 83C00009. This error typically indicates a hardware problem rather than a software glitch, which means restarting the printer multiple times won't resolve it.

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and possibly resolve the issue.

  • Power Cycle the Printer: Since you've already tried this without success, proceed to the next steps.
  • Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions: Open all access doors and trays to ensure there are no paper jams or any other obstructions inside the printer.
  • Inspect Ink Cartridges: Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and are not low on ink.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Sometimes, updating the printer's firmware can resolve hardware-related issues. Visit the HP support website, enter your printer model, and check for any available firmware updates.
  • Reset the Printer: Perform a partial reset or semi-full reset (if applicable for your model). This can often clear up temporary issues.
  • Check for Hardware Issues: If none of the above steps work, it's likely a hardware malfunction.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
