I have done a hard reset (Power unplugged, hold power button for 20 seconds, plug back in after one minute), Reset to Factory Settings, Restore Network Defaults.
I still keep getting "Wireless Communication has been disabled. Contact your local administrator."....THAT WOULD BE ME.
All administration options have a Lock Symbol showing and cannot be accessed without the above error
The printer will not wirelessly connect to anything, so I have no IP address to connect with. USB connection does not allow Wireless (of course)....Disabling Wireless while a USB connection is enabled is a ridiculous way to program the printer, by the way.
How do I get the Wireless to become unlocked?
Using 20 feet of USB cable defeats the whole purpose of having wireless printing

Hi! @Sadsac, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand you have wireless issues with your printer.
Don't worry I will try to help you.
Did you make any changes on your printer?
I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps before reaching out to us.
As you have already tried restoring networks to defaults but the issue still persists.
I would suggest you try performing a semi full reset on your printer and check if it helps.
Since the steps to perform semi full reset is confidential I will send you the steps in a private message, watch your inbox.
If the issue still persists after semi full reset it is a hardware issue with the printer, please contact HP support for service options.

Hi @Kartter,
Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that you are unable to set up your HP OfficeJet 7610 Wide Format e-All-in-One printer on the wireless network as you get an error message that the wireless communication disabled.
This issue could occur if the wireless option is turned off in the internal settings of the unit.
You need to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to restore the printer to its factory settings and then connect it to the wireless network.
As the semi-full reset is a confidential information, I will be sending the steps in a private message. Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Please reply back on the public post as this private message box is not monitored.
You have a good day ahead.
