I have installed the HP Officejet 8035, using Windows 10.
During install the display panel is stuck during the print alignment stage, buffering while saying "Printing the alignment page.'
I have unplugged the printer, waited, plugged it in and tried again. Same thing.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing.
It won't let me align from the computer printer settings. I get an error message saying "Printer problem.Fix this problem the select Retry.'
I can't use the display to select Tools/Setting because it's stuck buffering.
I can print but I can't copy or scan - the printer thinks it's busy aligning even though it isn't.
Any solutions?
