My HP Officejet 9018 Printer is stuck on the "Hide" related to InstaInk, as I tried to remove and replace cartridges, same error. This started when I tried to install the latest HP software on a new computer and connect to the printer, suddenly hp.com states that the printer is disconnected from the Internet and my LAN.
So I tried a factory reset, suggested from hp.com as follows.
To factory reset your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 without dashboard access, turn off the printer, unplug the power cable, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds, plug the power cable back in while holding the power button, and hold for another 10-15 seconds before releasing.
I tried this several times, and the printer is still not reset, same "Hide" error, and no dashboard access. How can I perform a factory reset on the printer without dashboard access?
Please help. Thanks.

@giQz, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Kindly let me know if you are talking about the instank ink account. If yes kindly share the following details in private:
To locate your account, please provide
Your registered email address
Your Instant Ink account ID
Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
Confirm your address
Also, can you let me know where you see the HIDE error? It would be helpful if you could share the screenshot as well.
Meanwhile, you can try these steps:
1> With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall outlet.
2> Press and hold the power button on the printer for 20 seconds.
3> Wait for 60 seconds and connect the power cord back in.
4> This should reset the printer.
un-install the HP Smart app from your smartphone/tablet or PC.
Restart your smartphone/tablet or PC.
And re-install the HP Smart app,
Please open the HP Smart app and click on 'Add new printer' and follow the onscreen instructions
I hope these steps help resolve the issue
