HP Officejet PRO 7720 Control panel is not opening/lighting up the icons for the wifi, and 3 icons on the left side is steady on lights on. I also tried this instruction for this forum The control panel screen on my HP printer is not lighting up... - HP Support Community - 6840093  but it doesn't work for me. Can someone help me troubleshoot this kind of problem. I got 2 printers with the same issue.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

I see that you are facing printing issues.

 

Please perform the below steps and let me know

1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer/ mobile devices. 

2) Wait for 60 seconds. 

3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize. 

4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself. 

5) Turn on the computer/ mobile devices.

 

Also, request you to confirm if you are connected with a Windows or a MAC device.
