HP Officejet Pro 6230
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My officejet pro 6230 has all lights above the ink colors flashing in a pattern slowly from left to right. The printer will not connect to our wireless network and is not recongnized by the computer. This all happened after replacing all the print cartridges. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi @mbgintlh,

Before you to go HP customer service, I think what you can do from your side to go to Setup Menu and do a Clean Printhead first to see if the problem can be sovled or not.

This is an easier way so that you can save your own time for your personal things.

There are several ways of checking the printer status, here are 2 basic ways:

1. Go to setup menu, select print report and print the status report. 2. You can also go to browser and type in the IP address if your printer is connected to the network.

Hope this can help you out, have a nice day:)
