Dear Support,

I have a HP Officejet Pro 6830 but the Cyan is not printing. I have exhausted every avenue suggested, but to no avail.

Would replacing the Printhead with a new one solve the problem? The other colours and black print perfectly.

The only thing is, alignment is showing up as unsuccessful every time.

Please help.

@Tatwalsh, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Kindly perform steps 2, 13, and 9 respectively from this document to resolve print quality issues.

Note: Clean the printhead up to 3 times for better print quality. The ink levels may reduce.

 

If the issue persists, it could either be an issue with the Cyan ink cartridge or the printhead of the printer.

If you have used an alternate Cyan ink cartridge and the issue persists, we can conclude the issue is with the printhead.

However, the printhead is non-removable in this model printer.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
