I have an HP Officejet Pro printer
6830 e-All-in-
It can't print, we cleaned the print head in the settings several times but still can't print. What could be the problem? The black color is completely new

I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with your HP Officejet Pro 6830 printer, especially after trying multiple cleaning cycles. It must be really frustrating, especially with a new black cartridge. Let's figure out what might be causing the problem.

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges need to be changed or the printer itself is faulty.
