I’ve used the HP Officejet Pro 6960 for several years without issues. I recently changed the color cartridges with genuine HP cartridges and now it won’t print or copy in color. It prints and copies only in black (not even grayscale). Test prints fail, too—even after running multiple rounds of cleaning the print head, doing hard restarts, unplugging and replugging, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. All drivers and firmware are up to date. Diagnostics do not detect anything. I’ve tried just about every strategy listed in forums and the HP site. Cartridges say they are full. I feel this is a hardware issue.. or potentially the new firmware that was auto-updated on my printer (because it was working fine before that). Any and all help would be appreciated.. please! Thank you.

Tried everything and nothing works.  Firm update requires Windows 11 but don't know if firmware the issue.
