We purchased this printer last month, it has begun to start printing without using all the colours. I have replaced all the colour cartridges, but it is still the same.
Please help.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Are you able to copy in color?
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page :
-
Load plain white paper in the input tray.
-
From the printer control panel, open the Setup
menu.
-
Open the Reports or Tools menu.
-
Touch Print Quality Report.
Let me know if you see any color on this report.
Clean the printhead:
-
From the printer control panel, open the Setup
menu.
-
Open the Printer Maintenance menu.
-
If necessary, open the Tools menu, and then touch Clean Printhead.

If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform all three levels of cleaning again.

I'm glad to hear that. Yes one of the steps from the document I gave, did mention to change ink cartridges. Glad, it worked.
