HP Officejet Pro 6978 on MAC Won't Print In Color - Cleaned & Test Page Only Black & White

I have reset the printer, completely removed and reinstalled, and still NO COLOR! It won't even give me the option to choose color. When I print, instead of printing in black and white, it completely removes all color text/images. 

What should I do!? HELPPPP

Do you have adequate amount of ink left in all the cartridges?

Please ensure the printer Firmware is up to date. You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Next Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page, and then evaluate the results.

1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.

2. From the printer control panel, open the Setup  menu.

3. Open the Reports or Tools menu.

4. Touch Print Quality Report.

   A Print Quality Diagnostic Page prints.
