Hello I try to translate this Problem/Message in English und in Deutsch ergänzt

My HP printer prints the 2nd and follow pages 4 / 6  upside down in duplex printing for PDF files.

and  (from second Test) in Word also

In the Adobe Reader PDF and Word program it says 'Print on both sides' and it is correct

probably 'reflect on a long edge' - actually always worked.

In Word this means 'both sides' and: rotate over a long edge - this was always the settings for the printer in PDF and Word.

What could that be?

Thanks for an answer

Welcome to the HP support community.

This seems to be a driver issue.

Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.

  • In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
  • Select your HP printer.
  • Select Uninstall.
  • In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
  • In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
  • Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
  • Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
  • Click on Drivers tab.
  • Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
  • Select OK.
