I have changed all 4 printer heads . HP original. The printer signal all Ok, I can hear it´s printing and works as usual without any error message or code. I have restarted both my laptop and the printer a couple of time, and also demount and reinstalled all 4 new printer-heads two times. I have also downloaded new software and drivers from HP Sweden. The printer works very well - except from not deliver any ink on the paper. I bought the new Ink-kassetts direkt from HP Sweden website.
Question: How do I do to get ink on the paper?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- How is the copy quality?
Let's print the Print Quality Diagnostics Page:
Use the following steps to print a quality diagnostics page using the printer control panel.
- 1. Load plain white paper into the input tray.
- 2. Press the Setup button.
- 3. Select the Print Report.
- 4. Select Print Quality Page.
- 5. Press OK.
And, also Use an automated tool to clean the printhead:
Follow these steps to clean the printhead.
- 1. Load plain white paper into the input tray.
- 2. Press the Setup button.
- 3. Select Tools.
- 4. Select Clean Printhead.
- 5. Wait while the printer cleans the printhead.
- 6. A test page prints after the printhead is cleaned.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
