Hi @brooksie98,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Here's what you can do to install your HP OfficeJet Pro Wireless All-in-One Printer in Windows 11.
Download the Latest Driver: Visit the official HP website and search for your printer model (HP OfficeJet Pro A909g). Look for the section that provides drivers and software downloads. Make sure you download the appropriate driver for your printer and your version of Windows (in this case, Windows 11).
Install the Driver: Once the driver is downloaded, locate the file and double-click on it to run the installer. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver. During the installation process, you might be prompted to connect the printer. If so, connect your printer to your computer using a USB cable.
Wireless Setup: If your printer is wireless, you will need to set up the wireless connection. This might involve connecting the printer to your Wi-Fi network. Refer to your printer's manual or HP's online resources for specific steps on how to do this.
Add Printer in Windows: After the driver is installed, you'll need to add the printer in Windows 11:
- Press Win + I to open Windows Settings.
- Go to "Devices" and then select "Printers & scanners" from the left sidebar.
- Click on the "Add a printer or scanner" button. Windows will search for available printers.
- If your printer is detected, it should appear in the list. Select it and follow any prompts to complete the setup.
Test Printing: Once the printer is added, try printing a test page or document to confirm that everything is working properly.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
