I am unable to print on my HP Officejet Pro 8600.  It won't print wirelessly so I hardwired it with an ethernet cable.  Printer still says offline.  What to do next?  Please help!

Finally got it working today.  My son-in-law fixed it.  He said it was saying offline because the the network wasn't seeing an IP address for the wireless printer.  So he basically opened the dialog box the HP Officejet Pro 8600 Printer and clicked add printer and re-installed it.  Thanks sooo much for your help.  Hopefully this can help someone else in the future.
