I have an HP Officejet Pro 8610. I has worked fine for the last year. I recently changed internet service providers and got a new wifi router. Now the printer will not print. The printer is connected via wifi and the computer sees the printer. I have tried the following:
- Uninstalling printer and software and reinstalling the software from the HP site.
- Uninstalling the printer, deleting all files from the print spooler, unplugging printer, restarting pc and printer.
- I have tried using the HP support Doctor. It says that it resolved all issues but will not print the test page. It does however print the internal test page. The doctor program then says that it cannot help and to go to the website.
When I try to trouble shoot through the control panel, Windows says that it couldn't idetify any issues. It appears that all is installed correctly and connected. However, it simply won't print. The print job status simply reads "printing".
Please help!!!

Restore the printer to the original network settings
From the printer control panel, touch and slide your finger across the screen, touch Setup, and then touch Network Setup.
Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then touch Yes.
A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored.
Touch OK.
Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.
Run the WiFi set-up again.
Can you open the EWS by inputing the printer IP into your browser?

If your finding you printer is in fact ONLINE, what helped me was going to the printer icon in the bottom right taskbar and clicking on it, once it opens up click the "Printer tab", then UNCHECK "use printer offline", this fixed everything for me.
