HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

My printer, HP Officejet Pro 8620, just recently popped up with the following Error Code: " 0xc19a0013" ( printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed). It has been printing properly for many years, and my warranty expired last October. I've done all of the steps recommended, all firmware is up to date, I have tried to reseat the printhead numerous times, removed and reinstalled the cartridges, as per the directions, and still get the same error.  Troubleshooting via HP indicates that if all of the steps were done and still not working, then the printhead would need to be replaced. I may call a local printer repair shop, but it will probably be the same price if I buy a new printer, if they even can find a printhead for my model.  Reading other similar issues on this site, it is just as stated, the product is not designed to last forever, and will eventually stop working.

This problem seems to be well known for 8610 8620 etc and there are several videos explaining how to fix the head missing symptom.

let me know which, if any, solved the problem so I can make a note and refer other users to the correct procedure.
