I have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hi@ MichaelBlain,

 

BL = Bottom left of the printer's screen. It is the return arrow symbol.

TL = Top left corner of the printer's screen (Home symbol).

CL = Center left. It could be a return arrow symbol or a dash symbol (depends on the printer model).

TR = Top right of the printer' screen. Mention the symbol (Refer to the user guide for the symbol).

BR = Bottom right of the printer's screen. Mention the symbol(refer to the user guide for the symbol).

 

 

Support Menu >Resets Menu>Partial Reset

  1. Press Power button to turn the Printer On.
  2. Press BL, BL, BL, BL Buttons, in sequence.
  3. Touch Support Menu.
  4. Select Reset Menu and Touch OK.
  5. Select Partial Reset and Touch OK.
  6. Wait for unit to Power Down/Turn Off.
  7. Press Power button to turn the Printer On.
