Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Officejet PRO 8620. I understand that you are getting cartridge issue, and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Remove, inspect, and reseat the cartridges.
  • Check the carriage latch.
  • Clean the cartridge contacts.
  • Remove and reinsert the cartridges again.
  • Restart the printer.

Click here to refer the document and perform troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.

If the issue is resolved and you appreciate my help,

Hi

Thank you for reply @sandytechy20

I can't do it because printhead don't drive to left side after open front panel. Printer have ink problem message during configuration process. Maybe I can unlock printhead and move it to left side?
