Hi
I have a problem. Yesterday I changing CMYK ink cartridges. All working fine whole day. Today I wanted to print 2 pages A4. My printer show mi communique on Control Panel - one or more ink cartridges is damaged - Yellow Ink. I try all solutions from HP instruktions and global forums. Nothing, the issue still exsist. I do semi reset and I have the bigger problem. I can't run options in control panel because before configuration setting started this ink problem communique appear on screen. I can't getting to options . My control panel is blocked. I can't do anything apart from showing the video how to solve the ink cartridges problem...

Superb job on trying the different steps to isolate the issue.
This seems to be a hardware issue.
I request you to contact HP phone support for assistance.

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Officejet PRO 8620. I understand that you are getting cartridge issue, and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.
Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,
- Remove, inspect, and reseat the cartridges.
- Check the carriage latch.
- Clean the cartridge contacts.
- Remove and reinsert the cartridges again.
- Restart the printer.

I can't do it because printhead don't drive to left side after open front panel. Printer have ink problem message during configuration process. Maybe I can unlock printhead and move it to left side?
